I took my daughter to get her ears pierced by Dr. Elena a few weeks ago. She was extremely kind, patient and gentle as my daughter was a bit nervous. After 3 weeks one of the earrings fell out when we were trying to clean it. I emailed Dr Elena on a Sunday night hoping that she would get back to me on Monday morning. She actually emailed me back right away that night and took my daughter in first thing Monday morning. She pierced the ear for us again and sent us on our way. She really went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciate it.
